Neoprene Gloves

Our Neoprene Elbow-Length Gloves contain a soft cotton interior comfortable for long wear. Suggested for repeated use while handling some solvents, ghost / haze removers, emulsion removers, caustics, and during dip tank operations. The elbow-length offers added protection and resistance to snags, cuts, and heat.

Sold by the pair in large and extra large sizes only. These gloves are heavy-duty and recommended for clean up when chemical solutions are used.

Nitrile Gloves

Our Nitrile Gloves are constructed of specially compounded, non-slip nitrile for excellent strength and resistance to most solvents. Will not swell or weaken during long-term exposure and clean up. Highly resistant to punctures, snagging, and abrasion. Straight cuff with natural hand fit.

Cotton Gloves

Ideal when handling UV lamps because fingerprints or any foreign matter can cause an obstruction of the UV light or can cause a lamp to fail. Foreign substances will eat into the lamp, darken the lamp, and present curing problems. To prevent complications such as this, it is suggested Cotton Inspection Gloves be worn when handling UV Lamps. Another use is in the handling of plastic containers during the printing process. Oils and creams that may have been applied to your hands can leave a hidden film on the surface of the printed container causing ink adhesion problems. Our UV Filter Glasses #385 have a lightweight aviator design with hard-coated polycarbonate lenses. They provide 99.9% UV protection up to 385nm. A black metal frame and unique vinyl bridge design provide comfort without slipping. Made of 58 mm hard-coated polycarbonate lenses, and built-in side shields, they offer excellent abrasion resistance. Their universal size keeps down inventory costs. UV Filter Glasses #385 comply with OSHA requirements and ANSI Z87.1 standards. Chemical Splash Goggles

When working with chemical solutions and UV materials, eye protection should always be a main concern. Chemical solutions and UV curable materials will cause moderate to severe facial skin and eye irritation upon contact. Safety goggles or glasses should be worn at all times when handling UV curable materials. These Chemical Splash Goggles protect the eyes both from splashes as well as from the harmful effects of UV light. Some of its features include a crown protector snug fit that forms a barrier against industrial chemical splashes and dust. Special indirect louvers provide ventilation to reduce fogging but also prevent liquids from entering the protected area. There is also an anti-fog coating on interior lens further preventing fogging.

UV Filter Goggle

Type 1 Safety Can

Compliant Type I safety cans are designed with a single spout for filling and pouring. The self-closing, leak proof lid provides security from spills and leaks. Plunger Safety Can

Plunger Cans help you quickly and easily moisten cleaning cloths or swabs. Pushing down on the brass pump assembly fills upper pan with a measured amount of liquid for moistening. Surplus liquid drains safely back into reservoir. The perforated pan screen serves as a flame arrester. Top rims have molded edge protectors for smooth, trouble-free moistening. Choose from corrosion resistant, high-density polyethylene or rugged 24-gauge steel construction. Oily Waste Safety Can

OSHA Compliant Oily Waste Cans are essential whenever solvent soaked cloths and wiping rags are used. Rags and cloths soaked with solvents, thinners, linseed oil, combustible adhesives and other flammable liquids present a serious fire risk when improperly discarded. The specially designed lid opens no more than 60 degrees and stays closed when not in use, isolating contents from fire sources and limiting oxygen so spontaneous combustion risk is virtually eliminated. Round construction and elevated bottom encourage circulation of air around can to disperse heat and reduce moisture buildup and rusting.

Drum Safety Funnels

The large diameter (4-1/2") opening of this funnel is designed to efficiently transfer solvents into the storage cans at press side without spillage. Flexible hose funnel assembly has spring clip for quick, easy attachment to cans. Constructed of terneplate and metal hose to provide grounding path to prevent static sparks. 2 sizes available, both have hose O.D. of 15/16".
