Sidewinder Manual Press

Sidewinder is the latest manual press from M & R. Available in 4-4, 6-4, and 6-6 models with back clamps as standard configuration. Sidewinder shares many proven design qualities with the Chameleon press such as print head expandability at a later date, extra large knobs, micro-registration with dual off-contact adjustments, and tool-free spring tension adjustment. The Sidewinder is not expandable to additional print heads as the Chameleon however, it is still well built for many years of operation.

Economax II electric textile dryer

The Economax II electric textile dryer is an ideal companion to the Chameleon press. It's affordable, and economical to operate with its standard features like energy-efficient infrared panels, microprocessor- controlled temperature adjustments and heat resistant, Teflon coated conveyor belt.

Tabasco textile economical flash with stand

Tabasco Flash is an economical and dependable flash for manual shop setups. It features a 16" X 16" profile and is equipped with a stand. A larger 16" X 20" model is also available and with both models you have a choice of either 110 & 220 volt.

Nu Arc First Light

NuArc's First Light is a versatile and affordable table-top direct screen exposure system. First Light is perfect for any startup manual screen shop. First Light's high output UV fluorescent lamps save energy costs and production time. It's specially designed vacuum system features high-speed drawdown, insuring intimate film-to-screen contact without damage to the blanket or glass.

Washout Poly Booth

Our KDL Washout Booth is constructed of polypropylene for many years of use. This full size model will never rust and it’s made of 1/4-inch, semi-transparent natural polypropylene. The KDL Washout Booth is strong, durable and built to give you years of service. It can hold a screen as large as 23” x 31” and it comes standard with two screen supports. Should you decide on backlighting at a later date simply add a shop light fixture to the wall behind this semi-transparent booth. This versatile entry-level washout booth will grow with your business without the added expense of higher priced models. Other sizes are available with & without backlighting.

Atlas 4-color / 4-station printer

The FR-44M is a 4-color, 4-station manual printer manufactured by Atlas Equipment. This sturdy printer has a long history of providing quality printing at an affordable price. Equipped with back clamp configuration, aluminum head casting, Timken bearings, and gas lifters, the FR-44M also features an off-contact knob & micro-registration. Other models are also available such as the 2-station, 4-color, 4-station, 6-color, 6-station, 6-color, and tabletop models.

824-D Electric Dryer

The 824-D electric dryer is an ideal companion to the Atlas series of printers and it can cure 15 dozen t-shirts per hour. Some of its features include digital temperature control, two 18” X 24” heat panels with adjustable height control, variable circulating air intake & exhaust, adjustable belt speed, hinged 4” oven with lifting handles and this oven can be separated from its bed to fit through doorways. The 824-D is 8” long and features a 24” wide belt.

Atlas 16" x 16" flash with stand

The Atlas 1616 flash includes a temperature controller, roll-around locking casters, height adjustment, 12” power cord (20-amp plug), and heat shield mounted on heat panel for concentrated heat direction.

Atlas 2331 screen exposure system

Atlas 2331 Tabletop Screen Exposure unit is 47” wide X 37” deep X 11” high making it ideal for screens as large as 23” X 31”. The 2331 features 8 high output backlight bulbs (38-watt each). A specially designed reflector is mounted below the bulbs to capture the low angle light rays and redirect them upward. Two cool white bulbs are also included that can be used for inspecting screens for any defects. Digital timer & neoprene rubber blanket and vacuum pump insure quality screens.

This shop package consists of a 4-color / 1-station printer mounted onto the top of a 4-foot electric dryer, 16” X 16” flash with stand, Brown-2024 screen exposure system, Washout Booth, and a shop supply package geared to this size shop start-up. 4-color / 1-station printer

The Brown Classic Xprs 1-station, 4-color printer that is mounted on top of the conveyor dryer is perfect for start-up shops, in home printers, or store fronts where space is a problem. This small format printer / dryer is on casters and can be moved easily and it features adjustable spring tension, heat control for the dryer, Calrod heater with adjustable height, crowned rollers for perfect belt tracking, insulated dryer walls, and 120-volt installation. Other models are available in 2-station, 4-color, 4-station, 4-color, 2-station, 6-color, and 4-station, 6-color.

16" x 16" flash with stand

The FF-1616 flash is designed to successfully flash cure in seconds. It allows a height adjustment of 30” to 40”. Equipped with casters and rheostat controls. The Calrod heaters in these units are warranted for 3-years.

Brown-2024 screen exposure system

The Brown FLC-2024 tabletop screen exposure model will accommodate screens 20” X 24”.

It uses a compression hold-down system along with a on / off switch.

Washout Poly Booth

The SS-2024 Washout Booth was designed for small spaces and features painted steel and poly construction. The SS-2024 will accommodate screens as large as 20” X 24” and it includes a convenient Coating Rack, Preregistration System, and Molded Drain. The SS-2024 is 32” wide X 26” deep X 56” high, and operates on 120-volts, 5-amps.
