Print-A-Round

Print-A-Round is an economical portable tabletop three-dimensional printer. It’s available in two versions, manual or standard, which uses a compressed-air-connection to automate the print action, thus reducing operator fatigue and ensuring image repeatability. Both versions include a positive locking pin for accurate registration on multi-color jobs.

With the Print-A-Round, you can achieve clear, crisp imaging on a wide range of cylindrical objects. This model is designed to accept optional mandrel attachments for mugs, can sleeves, pens, and tumblers. Tapered objects can also be decorated. The optional roller attachment allows for printing on pens, pencils, or larger diameter objects. Print-A-Round is ideal for sample or short run printing.

C-12

The C-12 is an accurate, fully featured 3-dimensional printer in a small footprint. Simple to use but still fast and easy to operate, the C-12 is an ideal choice for production areas with limited space. The tabletop is 30” X 30” X 24” tall with 10” X 12” print area on cylindrical objects. The C-12 has a maximum printing height of 10” along with a 12” maximum cylindrical or flat stroke. When a larger print area is required the C-18 & F-18 models are also available for a round or flat stroke of 12” X 18” .Unique scissor design traverses a fixed screen for perfect rolled on print. The C-12 also provides an extra stable squeegee and fixture bar that supports long printed objects. The C-12 allows a minimum print diameter of 1/4” to a maximum diameter of 12” (1/2 oz to 5-gallon containers). Manual bottle registration with round belt friction drive is included. Custom tooling is also available for both the C-12, C-18, and F-18 models. The C-12 is 40” wide, 38” deep, and 29” tall. The optional floor stand will increase its height by 36”. The C-12 electrical specifications are; 120 volt, 5 A, 90 P.S.I. air required, 2 C.F.M. The C-12 is American made with tooling and parts easily available.

Jumbo C-1M

The Jumbo C-1 M is ideal choice for 5 & 6-gallon pails and drums. This heavy- duty screen-printer handles cylindrical and tapered containers, tanks, pots, canisters, and crates, and many other 3-D objects. The Jumbo C-1M has a standard stroke of 39 inches (1 meter) making it perfect for 5-gallon pails. Other stroke sizes are available up to 80-inches upon request. Its full size direct drive gear and rack combination provide close register. The C-1M’s many user features include automatic squeegee head lift for fast screen changes and micro screen register. With the C-1M you can expect excellent register and print quality, making this very stable printer the ideal choice in accurate single and multi-color decorating. Micro-Screen registering is available as an option. The Jumbo C-1M specifications are; 120 volt, 5 Amp, 90 P.S.I air required, 2 C.F.M. D150

The D-150 is a product of Dubuit of America and it is well known through the world for its performance and durability. Synchronizing the rotation of the object with the movement of the screen and the squeegee, results in a sharp image with exact registration. Sharp stroke cutoff keeps the squeegee from coasting into the next print cycle

This fully featured 3-dimensional semi-automatic printer is ideal for cylindrical, oval, and flat objects of varied diameters and lengths. By adding one of its many attachments, the printing stroke can be increased to accommodate larger containers and pails, oval containers can be decorated, and flat objects such as metal panels, glass, plastic, and wood can be decorated to meet customer demand. With thousands of D-150 machines around the world over the last forty years, the D-150 has an excellent reputation.

AM-180

The AM-180 is a compact, easy-to-use, and universal screen printer for three-dimensional objects. It utilizes a full assortment of tooling and standard attachments to screen-print many different types of objects: cylindrical (bottles and pails), elliptical (one or both sides), conical, tubular items, spheres, and flat surfaces. Virtually any geometric shape that lends itself to screen-printing.

Synchronizing the rotation of the object with the movement of the screen and the squeegee, results in a sharp image with exact registration. Sharp stroke cutoff keeps the squeegee from coasting into the next print cycle.

Carriage locking mechanism and close tolerance liner bearings ensure accurate sharp printing results, from the first to the last print stroke. In most applications the part remains stationary while the screen lifts straight up, without disturbing the printed object. This results in faster and more accurate in-feed and positioning. With hundreds of AM-180 machines produced and shipped around the world since the early eighties, the AM-180 has been the choice of many container decorators.

S.P.ACE

The Dubuit S.P.ACE automatic UV printer allows you to print cylindrical, oval, and flat-sided containers in one or several colors with UV Curing. Transfer between Printing and curing stations is made by vacuum holders. The container whatever its shape is always positioned on the same axis creating simple transfer adjustments. The S.P.ACE will allow curing in either Double Focalization or Fusion method and there is no direct radiation of screen.

Another unique feature is its 9-station in-feed module with extensive possibilities; flame treatment, dust and static removal of cylindrical, oval, or flat 2-side containers, optical recognition, and leak testing before printing. With the 308 automatic you can expect tooling change over from cylinder to oval in 5-minutes per print head.

3-Dimensional UV Dryers

CURE-ALL UV Dryer

The CURE-ALL UV curing dryer for containers is an ideal choice for cylindrical containers up to 1-gallon in size. The CURE-ALL was made to handle up to 6-inch diameter containers that are no larger than 12-inches tall. The CURE-ALL can handle the output of one semi-automatic printer and its compact design also allows continuous curing with very little changeover, if any at all.

The side mounted 8-inch arc, 300-watt per inch lamp cures with safety and efficiency. The lamp door opens for easy maintenance and bulb replacement. The zigzag entry shield protects people from exposure to the UV rays while allowing containers to pass through freely and rotate in front of the UV lamp without motors or belts. Only 73 inches long, 32 inches wide, and 600-pounds in weight make the CURE-ALL dryer the best space saving design with full curing capabilities. 120 or 220 Volt single-phase systems available. CURE-ALL 6-8

The CURE-ALL 6-8 is perfect for large cylindrical / tapered pails up to 21-inches in diameter including tanks, water bottles, mugs, and other 3-D objects. Simply place your container onto the rotating disk in the open chamber of the CURE-All 6-8 and the dryer will index into the closed chamber, rotating in front of the curing lamp for complete cure. The CURE-ALL cures at approximately 600 pieces per hour using very little floor space. The CURE-ALL-8 is available with a flamer station and on the CURE-ALL-6 as an option complementing the C-1M printer that would allow flaming: UV curing, and multi-color potential for larger buckets and containers. CURE-ALL 6-8 electrical specifications are 220 Volt, Single-phase, 25 AMP.

Accu-Cure 3-D

The Accu-Cure 3-D UV dryer will cure cylindrical containers up to 6.5-inch (16.5cm) diameter and 12-inches (30cm) in height while maintaining very low production costs. The Accu-Cure 3-D Dryer cures approximately 3500 parts per hour and can handle the pace of a semi-automatic printer. The Accu-Cure is equipped with heavy-duty casters for easy mobility. Its extra large in-feed allows for easy parts placement onto conveyor. Feeding is possible on either side of in feed due to its 24-inch wide belt. . Adjustable doors on either end can open for easy access of parts, but utilizes unique shielding to contain any light leakage for operator protection.

Variable speed belt drive, fully insulated dryer has an exhaust system to assist in cooling. Variable U.V. output of 100, 200 and 300 watts per inch takes all of U.V. curing and substrate sensitivity to heat and light into consideration.

4037 Universal Dryer

The 4037 Universal UV dryer from Dubuit allows curing of multi-shaped containers at one time without any additional set-up. Its 25-inch, 300-watt lamp delivers finished containers at a rate of 1500 pph easily accommodating two manual printers. The 4037 Universal dryer features a special reflector shield that surrounds the container, regardless of its shape with UV rays thus creating a total cure. The 4037 accepts containers up to 12-inches in height and 6-inches in diameter.
