Insignia Multi-Color UV printing and curing press.

Insignia is M&R's newest, most aggressively priced multi-color UV print/cure system. Insignia can print and cure up to 6 colors simultaneously without the need to cure and stack substrates between colors. Multi-color printing makes it possible to present a finished product for approval at the start of a production run and to make partial shipments without the teardown and setup required with single-color flatbed presses. Digitally controlled Digikote II was developed for the graphic printer. It provides performance and repeatability levels not possible with pneumatic systems. Programming is simple, with a computerized control center and 100 recallable settings that handle all major machine functions, including coat application dwell, tilt dwell, coating speed, retract delay, pressure adjustment, self diagnostics, and real time status reports.
