At Screenworks Supply we are always working on ways to save the screen printer production time and money. Working closely with one of our chemical manufacturers we have managed to develop a fully automated conveyorized washing and reclaiming system that can be built to accommodate any screen size and still perform a broad variety of production tasks. Our systems are ideal for ink removal, emulsion removal, de-hazing, degreasing and drying your screens, easily, effectively, and with much less labor cost. All of our chemical solutions used with this automated system are biodegradable and operator safe.

Small Dip Tank

This small format Dip Tank will hold up to 4 standard screens allowing One Step Clear emulsion remover to remove not only the coated emulsion but also the ink as well from the screen. This Dip Tank includes a lid, screen hold-down device, and stand. The Small Dip Tank dimensions are 8-inch wide X 27-inch high X 37-inch long. The Small Dip Tank ships through UPS or Fed EX.

Large Dip Tank

This large format Dip Tank will hold up to 6 standard or automatic screens allowing One Step Clear emulsion remover to remove not only the coated emulsion but also the ink as well from the screen. This Dip Tank includes a lid and screen hold-down device. The Large Dip Tank dimensions are 10-inch wide X 24-inch high X 28-inch long. The Large Dip Tank ships through UPS or Fed EX.

DP-642 Dip Tank

The DP-642 Dip Tank is made of heavy gauge stainless steel for many years of use even with strong chemical solutions. This model will hold up to 6 standard or automatic screens to a maximum dimension of 25” X 42”. The DP-642 will allow softening and remove emulsion within minutes with our large selection of biodegradable chemical solutions. An optional Air Bubbler is also available for the DP-642. Additional models are available to hold from 12 to 20 screens at a time.

Parts & Squeegee / Floodbar Washer

This stainless steel parts washer is a perfect and economical answer to washing small screens, squeegees, floodbar, and small parts. Its standard size is 48” wide X 36” high X 22” deep with a 36” high backsplash. Custom sizes are also available.

Polywash Washout Booth

This innovative, full sized washout booth easily fits into any size screen-printing shop. Made from chemically resistant polypropylene that is cost-efficient for years of service, very well constructed, and very durable. The Polywash is 32-inches wide X 64-inches high X 24-inches deep. The Polywash Booth ships through UPS or Fed EX.

SW-48 Washout Booth

The SW-48 washout booth is made of heavy gauge stainless steel and will not rust. Its width is 48-inches with 30-inchs of depth making it ideal for textile and small format graphic printing frames. SW-48 features a 10-inch lip on top and an angled roof that prevents dripping into the screen area. GFI protected backlighting and a vent knockout for connecting venting should it be desired. Its adjustable stainless steel legs make the SW-48 ideal for all shop conditions. Custom sizes are also available in addition to several options such as chemical spray, water filtration, and ventilation systems. Additional models are available in 60-inch, 72-inch, and custom sizes.

1500 Power Washer

Our Cam Spray pressure washer is one of the strongest models available to any screen-printing shop. Its powerful motor delivers 2.1 gallons per hour and features a totally enclosed cooling fan. The ceramic plunger pump has easily replaceable valves, forged crankcase, and roller bearings that are lubricated in an oil bath, which is designed for many hours of dependable use and easy maintenance. The 1500 is also equipped with GFCI to shutdown the power supply in the event of an electrical ground failure. A broad selection of cleaning accessories is available with the 1500 such as reciprocating brushes, brush extensions, and accessory hoses

Franmar Filter System

This incredible, cost efficient filtration system utilizes a dual tank to trap ink and emulsion solids and filters them before they reach the outflow line. This easy to use durable filter system attaches to your present plumbing giving you a cost effective filtering system that is drain safe. Filter System dimensions are 29-inches wide X 15.25-inches deep X 17-inches high. The Filter System ships through UPS or Fed EX.

Wastewater Gravity Filtration System

This custom built unit filters particulates, pigments, emulsion, and other waste products for reduction of wastewater pollution. Removes solids, keeps drain and sewer lines from clogging, and can be attached to virtually any type system. Its features include; 5-micron 3-ply filtration system (two washable stainless steel filtration media, one paper media). Automatic pump discharges tank to drain, and manual paper feed.

Chemical Recirculation Unit

These custom-made Chemical Recirculation Systems are made to fit a variety of washout booth sizes. Made of heavy gauge stainless steel for the recirculation of all type of inks and chemical for increased chemical life while reducing environmental impact to the wastewater stream. These units are fully covered to prevent chemical from evaporating. Operating off of an electric driven pump these units feature a solvent resistant soft bristle brush with poly-coated stainless steel wand along with solvent resistant tubing. They also have a sludge trap to catch any waste particles

SW-100 Top Loading Automatic Washer

The SW-100 Top Loading Automatic screen washer is made of heavy gauge stainless steel accommodating one screen up to 33” X 44” O.D and can automatically wash 80 to 120 screens per hour. The SW series screen washers are an affordable alternative to automating the screen reclaiming process. The SW series washer removes ink from both sides of the screen simultaneously without damage to the mesh or stencil. Its 3-phase motor generates high-volume spray in a wide area while not clogging. The SW-100 features a safety switch that automatically shuts off when the cycle is finished, drip tray, and automatic venting system. These units can be custom designed for any screen size.

SW-200 Side Loading Automatic Washer

The SW-200 Side Loading Automatic Washer is ideal for loading small and medium format screens. This model accommodates 1 or 2 screens up to a maximum screen size of 41” X 45” O.D. As the SW-100 this model is also made of heavy gauge stainless steel. The SW series washer removes ink from both sides of the screen simultaneously without damage to the mesh or stencil. Its 3-phase motor generates high-volume spray in a wide area while not clogging. The SW-200 features a safety switch that automatically shuts off when the cycle is finished, drip tray, and automatic venting system. These units can be custom designed for any screen size beyond the 41” X 45” O.D. format.
