Tri-Light Metal Halide Imaging System

Tri-Light features NuArc's patented instant-start power technology, which reduces glass temperature, power consumption, and environmental heating effects. Helios self-contained Large Format Screen Exposure System

NuArc's Helios is a completely self-contained screen exposure system designed to rapidly produce extremely high quality screens with a minimum of effort. Dual instant-start 6000 watt multi-spectrum lamps provide exposure for screens from 55" X 72" up to 82" X 180". These powerful lamps speed production while retaining fine lines and dots. Helios sets vertical lamp positions automatically to accommodate different screen sizes. Horizontal lamp positions can be set manually to provide maximum flexibility.

Free-Standing Screen Exposure System

NuArc's 6 K & 3K metal-halide exposure-lamp provides instant-start, shutter-less operation on all -freestanding and wall mounted vacuum frames. The 6K and 3K produce respective light intensities of 6000 and 3000 watts and provide uniform coverage on direct, capillary, and indirect emulsions. Both feature push-button controls and LED readout on a precision integrator with photo-detector. Their shutter-free operation eliminates mechanical problems and warm-up times. Direct Screen Vacuum Frames

NuArc's SPVF Direct Screen Vacuum Frames are sized for large and multiple screen exposures. These tilting and rotating frames can be positioned anywhere in a 360° arc. This makes it possible to rotate the frame to a vertical position, with the option of facing the frame either toward or away from the operator. This allows a freestanding exposure unit to operate from either side of the vacuum frame. Two models, SPVF 3650 and SPVF 5572 can also be rotated 180° to a glass-up horizontal position for exposure from an overhead light source.
