Direct Emulsion

Multi-Purpose:

UDC- 2 is a Chromaline emulsion designed for superior exposure speed, latitude, and moderate water resistance. UDC 2 is ideal for both the graphic and textile printer who is looking for excellent definition and line edge as well as a product with low Rz values.


UDC-3 is a Chromaline emulsion designed for printers who are looking for a premium product that offers the very best in quality. UDC 3 provides excellent water and solvent resistance. It also has excellent line edge definition, flexibility, and is considered one of the best for solvent resistance.


UDC-ACE is a Chromaline universal emulsion designed to offer excellent resistance in any imaging applications. In working with UDC-ACE you will find that it works very well with automatic coaters and that it has outstanding resistance to aggressive water and solvent based inks and adhesives. This product is very durable and withstands long print runs while also displaying very good heat and humidity resistance.


UDC-HV is a Chromaline emulsion designed for printers looking for a high viscosity emulsion that allows for easy coating on low or high mesh counts while offering the resistance and durability of a dual cure emulsion. UDC-HV is an excellent choice when it comes to quality stencil and value. With UDC-HV you can expect fast exposure time with excellent image quality and superior mesh adhesion.


MAX-R is a Chromaline universal emulsion designed for the broadest range of applications. MAX-R offers outstanding resistance to all ink types including water, solvent, co-solvent, UV, and textile plastisol based inks. This product is very durable and withstands long print runs while also displaying very good heat and humidity resistance. It also has extraordinary exposure latitude and extremely fast exposures.


9500 is a Murakami emulsion designed for use with water and solvent based inks. This dual-cure emulsion is presensitized and supplied with a diazo sensitizer. 9500 offers superior print quality and excellent dimensional stability. It will perform very well on long print runs while it also displays very good heat and humidity resistance.


DZ-307 is an Image Mate diazo emulsion designed for textile plastisol and solvent based inks. DZ-307 has a solid content of 37% with the durability to withstand several thousand-textile impressions. This high quality, yet economical emulsion, reaches exposure speeds of many dual cure systems. DZ-307 is available in CLEAR also and is freeze/thaw stable.


DC-521 is an Image Mate universal blue emulsion designed for textile and graphic printing shops. Its high 37% solids, low viscosity, and excellent leveling allows for fast coating, minimizing pinholes. This high performing emulsion can be used with water-based, plastisol, UV, and solvent based inks. Uniquely formulated to resist stencil lock-in when underexposed and treated with mineral spirits, lacquer thinner, etc. Freeze/thaw stable


DC-565 is an Image Mate premium, universal emulsion that is red in color. It has a solid content of 46% and is designed for the textile and graphic screen printer. DC-565 yields ideal stencil thickness and low Rz value. Preferred by high production garment printers and high-end display and container printers looking for stencils that hold-up in varied conditions and able to resist solvent lock-in. Freeze/thaw stable.


PC-787 is an Image Mate emulsion designed for use with textile plastisol, graphic solvent-based, and UV-based ink systems. This one-part red photopolymer emulsion has low viscosity, yet is offered with 44% solids that result in quick stencil build-up with a smooth surface. PC-787 will hold exceptional detail like a dual-cure, but cures in half of the exposure time. It will reclaim easily and has an extended shelf life.


Photocure Pro is a Murakami all-purpose dual-cure emulsion designed for graphic, textile, and compact disc printing. Blue in color for use with UV-cured, plastisol, solvent-based, and water-based ink systems. This emulsion is very durable on press with outstanding resolution and definition properties. It also has a 38% solids content.


Graphics Emulsion:

Photocure-SR is a Murakami emulsion designed for solvent and UV ink based inks. It can also be made to resist water-based inks by the addition of dissolved diazo sensitizer that can be supplied by its manufacturer. SR offers easy reclaim ability for an emulsion that offers excellent resolution and print definition. This one part pure photopolymer emulsion is very stable and also offers long shelf life for unused portions.


Photocure-GFX is a Murakami universal dual cure emulsion that is supplied with a diazo sensitizer. Formulated for use with all types of commercial, graphic, and UV ink systems. It offers excellent resistance against IPA and aggressive solvents such as Toluene, Turpentine, and Acetone that are occasionally encountered in commercial and industrial shops. GFX has higher abrasion resistance and longer durability on press when aggressive inks and chemicals are used.


One Pot Sol C is a Murakami SBQ presensitized emulsion designed for very fine detail and halftone printing commonly found in process printing applications. It has also shown excellent results in meeting the close tolerance requirements of the electronics industry. One Pot Sol C is easily reclaimable and a good choice for those with a weak exposing system.


Graphic HU is a Saati dual-cure emulsion designed for industrial, display graphics, compact disc, and half-tone printing. Ideal for UV-cured ink, plastisol, solvent-based, and water-based inks. Graphic HU offers excellent edge definition on all mesh counts and it has a 39% solid content. Available in Blue or Red.


Ceramic HU is a Saati dual-cure emulsion developed for ceramic decals and direct printing of ceramic tiles for third firing. Resistant to UV-cured, solvent-based, and water-based inks. Its high solids content and medium viscosity for producing low Rz stencils with excellent print definition with and mesh. Fast exposing with wide exposure latitude and easy to reclaim.


Textile Emulsion:

CP5/WR is a Chromaline emulsion designed for water-based ink users. With its higher solids content, CP5/WR provides a good coat and is an excellent choice for demanding belt printers and water-based ink printers who need good water resistance, fast exposure with high resolution, and yet reclaimable with a high pressure washer.


SP-7500 is a Murakami diazo dual-cure emulsion designed for textile water-based and plastisol-based inks. This extremely durable emulsion offers resistance to pin holing and stencil breakdown. SP-7500 offers outstanding resolution and definition qualities also and it is formulated with high abrasion resistance.


Chroma Tech PL is a Chromaline emulsion designed for textile users who are looking for an emulsion that has good build-up with fewer coats, saving time and providing more screens per gallon. PL will speed up the entire coating process, drying time, and exposure speed and is a benefit to both large and small screen-printing shops. Chroma Tech PL also offers excellent reclaim ability without lock-in.


PC 701 is a single-part textile emulsion that has 52% solids and is the highest known solids content of other direct emulsions in its class. This SBQ emulsion allows you to use minimal coatings to create high-density stencils of 300+ microns. PC 701 offers textile printers excellent resistance to plastisol ink; easy reclaim ability, and an extended shelf life.


Photocure-TXR is a Murakami red colored PVA-SBQ presensitized pure photopolymer direct emulsion designed for the textile plastisol printer. It features superior resolution and definition with wide exposure latitude regardless of whether you are printing a one color or four color garment. Photocure-TXR is easy to reclaim and yet, it offers extremely durable stencils that are resistant to pin holing and breakdown. You can expect faster exposure time over conventional diazo type emulsions and quick stencil build-up from its high solid content of 41%.


Photocure-BLU is a Murakami blue colored PVA-SBQ presensitized pure photopolymer direct emulsion designed for the textile plastisol printer. It features superior resolution and definition with wide exposure latitude regardless of whether you are printing a one color or four color garment. Photocure-BLU is easy to reclaim and yet, it offers extremely durable stencils that are resistant to pin holing and breakdown. You can expect faster exposure time over conventional diazo type emulsions and quick stencil build-up from its high solid content of 41%.


Aquasol-HV is a Murakami high-viscosity emulsion designed for the textile printer. Its high viscosity and super line definition make it ideal for all applications. Aquasol-HV offers quick stencil build-up for high-density stencils while still maintains fast exposure times. When used with water-based ink systems diazo should be added. Aquasol HV is also available as HVP (pink)


SP-300 is a Murakami direct emulsion formulated for textile / garment printing applications. SP-300 is cost effective and very forgiving even in a less-controlled work environment. Its high solid content allows emulsion build-up even on coarse mesh counts.


Textile PS is a Saati direct emulsion formulated for the textile/ garment printer. Red in color this photopolymer direct emulsion offers very good resistance to abrasion and humidity. PV has excellent print definition and offers 42% solids content. PV will expose eight times faster than a diazo or dual-cure emulsion. Water resistant when post-exposed.


Diazo Emulsion:

DZ-343 is an Image Mate emulsion that is violet in color and designed for the water-based and textile plastisol printer. It has a 48% solid content, medium viscosity, and a 40% faster exposure time than typical diazo emulsions. DC-343 can produce 200 + micron stencils with wet on wet coatings. Due to its high water resistance, DC-343 is also ideal for textile printing in high humidity conditions. Freeze/thaw stable.
