Matsui's selection of 301 Base's allow the screen-printer to print on a variety of substrates without compromising printing green. This group of bases allow for printing on 100% cotton, 50/50, and polyester garments simply by adding the desired pigment/color of the 301 Neo series or 301 RC series. The choice of these products were specifically designed for today's manual and high speed automatic screen printing presses. The Eco-friendly 301 Bases offer advantages over the traditional plastisol inks and are superior to plastisol ink systems currently being used in high volume textile shops. Our choice of 301 Bases and 301 series of pigment are free of most environmentally damaging chemicals such as PVC, phthalate, heavy metals, azo compounds, nonylphenol and formaldehyde.
The 301 Base Series Inks manufactured by Matsui Shikiso Chemical Co., Ltd., Japan contains no harmful chemicals or toxic substances as known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm, at levels which would require a warning under the California Proposition 65 (Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986) law.
