Description:

Cadtex is a vinyl material designed for computer cut textile decoration and sports lettering. Cadtex is easy to weed and apply, making it ideal for pre-cut numbers and garment decoration. Cadtex is a durable polyurethane based material that is 165 microns thick and offers good flexiblalty. It is recommended for 100% cotton, cotton blends, and 100% polyester garments. It has a soft hand and if applied properly (180°F standard colors ) will outlast many garment washings. It is also recommended to use only mild detergent and not a liquid detergent product, bleeching agent.  Dry cleaning is not recommended and iron garment inside-out for best results. 

Cadtex is available in 13 colors with a Gloss finish, Gloss Metallic Silver, Gloss Metallic Gold, Prism Silver, and Prism Gold that will allow you to match all your popular sports teams and expectations in garment decoration. Each color is 19.5" wide and sold by the yard, 5-yard, and 27 yard rolls.

Cadtex is easy to use and apply simply set your heat transfer machine to 305°F / 10-15 seconds / medium pressure, and cold peel. For 2-color artwork set the heat press at 285°F, heat applying the first color for 5 seconds and the second color for an additional 15 seconds). Now that you are ready to begin place garment onto lower platen of heat press and pre-heat for 3 seconds, next  position artwork onto garment (note: using a cover sheet is recommended in order to prevent damage to your artwork and to keep the heating element clean) - heat press for required time and setting and when finished release transfer from garment. Your carrier should be peeled cold.  

As with all transfer vinyl, testing all paramertrs is necessary before beginning production such as pressure ,temperature, and length of transfer setting. Heat applied onto sublimated garments might cause "bleeding / dte migration" so be sure to test prior to production.
