Thermo Flex Plus is a vinyl material designed for computer cut textile decoration and sports lettering. Compare the ease of weeding and applying ThermoFlex® Plus with competitive products and discover why so many professionals ask for it by name. ThermoFlex® Plus is a durable polyurethane based material that is highly flexible. It has a soft hand and strong grip and if applied properly will outlast the life of the garment.

This material can be peeled warm or cold in 17-20 seconds using medium to firm even pressure.  ThermoFlex Plus is available in 43 colors with a matte finish, 6 colors with a glossy finish and 6 metal flake colors to match all your popular sports teams.

Most colors of ThermoFlex® Plus may be applied in layers for multi-colored designs, with the exception of the Neon colors, Antique Silver, Old Gold, Metal Flake colors and Columbia Blue. These colors cannot have layers adhered on top of them, although we have successfully layered these products on top of other colors. 

Thermo Flex Plus will not adhere to nylon, dazzle cloth, shiny polyester, and moisture-wicking materials.  However, Thermo Flex Plus is ideal for cotton, polyester, fabric blends, Spandex, Lycra, wool, and linen.  Please note; that dye migration has occured with low energy dyes in polyester and poly-blend fabrics, so please test before production.  

Thermo Flex Plus is simple to use just create a plotter file in mirror image, cut mirror image on plotter and weed design.  Next position weeded design on your garment and place a Teflon sheet or silicon release sheet over the design. With medium to firm even pressure in 300 to 335 degrees temperature lock your heat press down for between 17-20 seconds then release.  Rub your design with a pad or chalkboard eraser while still hot to dissipate the heat and remove backing while still warm to prevent stretching. Repeat the process for 2nd layer if required and now you have a completed shirt. The garment can be washed in warm water and tumble dried in the normal setting.
