The fully automatic, four 16" X 20" alternating work station, HOSS was created or the high end production type applications.  The HOSS can produce up to 600 finished shirts per hour.  The HOSS is a revolutionary High Output Super Shuttle heat transfer machine.  On a 6-second transfer time, it can produce up to 600 shirts per hour with two people operating *.  The HOSS is a fully automatic transfer machine that all the operator(s) need to do is load the shirt / transfer on the pallet to the right, it cycles automatically. Then load a shirt / transfer on the left pallet, it cycles automatically and the right pallet returns.  Peel the transfer and repeat the process. * Production formula; 6-second machine cycle + 6-second transfer time = 12-seconds total time per transfer.  12-second per transfer = 5 transfers per minute X two heat transfer heads = 10 transfers per minute = 600 transfers per hour.
