Description;

Color FX UV Scratch Off ink should be used in combination with a Scratch Off UV-SOF-Barrier Clear. FX UV Scratch Off is stable and you can expect one-year shelf life when stored properly, away from heat and light. This series is available in gallons only.

Available Colors;

Silver, Gold, Black, and Metallic base and Barrier Clear are available.

Curing;

Color FX UV Scratch Off can be cured through a Single Lamp, 300-watt, Mercury vapor UV System. 

Modification;

For Silver and Gold a fresh mix is recommended.  For Silver, 11-parts of aluminum to 88-parts Scratch Off UV-SOF-815 Metallic Base. For Gold, 21.4-parts of bronze powder to 78.6-parts of UV-SOF-815-1 Metallic Base, printing through 280 mesh screen.  A courser mesh count of 230 can also be used if tested prior to production. To achieve better opacity a base coat of UV-SOF-592 Black through a 280 mesh screen prior to UV-SOF Silver or Gold is recommended.  On all other non-metallic colors use a 280 mesh screen. A B ase coat of either UV-SOF-502 White through 245 mesh or UV-SOF 592 Black through a 280 mesh will be required to obtain opacity.  The color of the top Scratch Off ink will determine which one to use.
