FX Scratch-Off inks are solvent-based for use over fully cured protective coatings that resist petroleum solvents.  FX Scratch-Off is highly pigmented with good hiding coverage and proper peel that may be scratched off easily with a coin or fingernail.  FX Scratch-Off inks are available in an array of colors for lottery tickets, instant win cards, sweepstakes, and direct mailers. This series is available in gallons only.

Substrates;

Coated paper stock and for best results a UV Clear coating is recommended as a base coat.

Available Colors;

Silver and Gold are our standard colors however, other metallic colors can be matched to meet desired effects. For standard Silver or Gold 160 mesh is recommended using 65-70 durometer squeegee.  For special metallic colors a coarser mesh my be required. 

This series will air dry in about 1 hour depending on humidity. By using a dryer set at 120º F you can expect drying in 1 1/2 minutes. 

Modification;

If required thinning with FX-Sof-805 is recommended. This series should be stored in a tightly sealed container after use.  You can expect coverage of 600 to 700 sq. ft. per gallon through 160 mesh.
