The Accu-Print high-Tech V Long Stroke press has been engineered specifically for the demands of banner printing and other long, large format substrates.  The all hydraulic, vertical lift drive offers ultra smooth operation at full production speeds as well as better access to the working area.  This press can be easily set to stop at any height. Lateral print stroke direction provides better support for the squeegee and assures a consistent ink lay down for high-coverage areas.  Unlike conventional long stroke presses, the V-LS model was designed with parallel peel, an exclusive feature that results in a more consistent flood stroke. The V-LS model also offers micro-processor control of all functions.  the computer controlled stroke adjustment feature sets front and rear positions at the control panel, without manually sliding sensors.  the unique ink recovery system is also actuated at the front of the press, moving the carriage past the pre-set limits to pick-up excess ink in the well.  The left or right carriage stop mode places the carriage in flooded or unflooded position after the print stroke, allowing the operator to adjust to the requirements of either solvent system or UV curable inks.  For distortion control of large stock, the long stroke vacuum control system can be set from gradual to full actuation across the length of the print stroke. The quiet, maintenance-free vacuum motor delivers adjustable hold-down at the lowest noise level, while the blow-back feature allows easy stock removal after the print. the pneumatically activated left and right sliding frame lock system secures smaller screen frames. eliminating the need to worry about mechanical clamp positions. The pneumatic squeegee pressure equalization system automatically levels the squeegee to the substrate.  The tool-free carriage allows independent squeegee and flood-bar pressure settings in thousandths of an inch. The safety package includes front electric eye protection, side safety bars, and key-operated cycle protection.  The press print sizes on the V-LS model run from 38" X 80" up to 62" X 150 inches.
