The AM-180 Cylindrical printer is a compact, easy-to-use, universal screen printer for three-dimensional objects (3-D). It utilizes a full assortment of tooling and standard attachments to screen-print many different types of objects; cylindrical (bottles and pails) elliptical (one or both sides), conical, tubular items, spheres, and flat surfaces.  Virtually any geometric shape that lends itself to screen printing. Synchronizing the rotation of the object with the movement of the screen and squeegees, results in a sharp image with exact registration. Sharp stroke cutoff keeps the squeegee from coasting into the next print cycle.  Carriage locking mechanism and close tolerance liner bearings ensure accurate sharp printing results, from the first to the last print stroke.  For cylindrical objects the container would be placed onto wareholders (rollers), the screen would shift downward to the desired pre-set off-contact and while the squeegee remains centered on the container and stationary the screen will shift from left to right horizontally.  This press stroke will cause the cylinder to rotate clockwise and the ink to be deposited under the squeegee pressure.  For more information on single and multi-color printing, please feel free to contact us at sales@screenworkssupply.com.
