The Accu-Print High Tech HL Four Post automatic flatbed press offers a combination of engineering attributes that simply can't be matched.  A patented up-front computer controlled stroke length adjustment and its ink recovery system establish the HL model in a category of its own.  Add to that interactive diagnostics, phone modem direct service capabilities, solid construction, belt drive, heavy-duty carriage for smooth squeegee action, independent carriage stroke and four post head lift drive, electro-mechanical brake, four-point master-frame lock-in, stand alone control panel (usable on either side of press), and quiet maintenance-free vacuum motor.  Also standard on the HL model is the reciprocating vacuum bed and Take-Off system.  The grippers activate when needed to grip your material and hold it in place.  The bed then reciprocates out into the load position for very easy delivery of material onto the vacuum bed in perfect register.  the operator no longer needs to stick hos head under the print head to feed stock.  As the vacuum bed moves out, the substrate drops onto the belt Take-Off system, and is transported to the dryer.  This system operates smoothly and quietly, handling a wide range of substrates including paper, plastics, masonite, and metals.  Several print bed sizes are available ranging from 22" X 30" to 52" X 80".
