Direct Prep-2

Direct Prep-2 is a Non-Hazardous degreaser / fabric treatment that cleans and acts as a wetting agent during the degreasing process. Ideal for use on synthetic and wire mesh, Direct Prep-2 assures optimum coating quality and improved bonding of direct photo emulsions and capillary films. PW-2

PW-2 Press Wash is ideal for graphic printers using solvent based or UV inks. Simply spray or wipe on either side of the screen to open dried or clogged ink. Allow it to evaporate and then continue printing. Available in quarts, gallons, and 5-gallon pails.

PW-5

PW-5 Press Wash is ideal for graphic printers using solvent based and UV inks. Simply spray or wipe on either side of the screen to open dried or clogged ink on solvent-based ink applications. On UV applications it’s simply wiping heavy deposit areas and continuing to print. Allow it to evaporate and then continue printing. Available in quarts, gallons, and 5-gallon pails.

IR-4

IR-4 is an ink remover designed for textile printers. It has a citrus odor and its applied to both sides of the screen. Using a non-abrasive brush or pad scrub both sides of the screen until the ink is liquefied. Start from the bottom, rinse ink residue from the screen. This product can also be used in a Dip Tank. Available in quarts, gallons, and 5-gallon pails.

IR-6 is a new formula ink remover designed for graphic printers to be applied to both sides of the screen. Using a non-abrasive brush or pad scrub both sides of the screen until the ink is liquefied. HR-2

HR-2 is a one-part, ready-to-use liquid that is able to remove the toughest stains out of your screens. Newly formulated, this improved product works in minutes. Simply after ink and stencil are removed, spray or pour liquid on screen and spread with a stiff brush. Let it stand for approximately 7 to 10 minutes; a longer time may weaken the mesh. Rinse screen thoroughly and follow with a pressure wash. Available in quarts, gallons, and 5-gallon pails.

ER-2

ER-2 is a 1 to 35 concentrated stencil remover with a built-in degreaser. By volume, dissolve one part ER-2 in 35 parts of water (1 to 25 parts by weight). Available in quarts, gallons, and 5-gallon pails.

Finish 1

Finish 1 is a red block-out formulated for use with solvent-based or plastisol inks. This red colored block-out has a medium viscosity and very good durability. This non-hazardous and biodegradable block-out spreads smoothly and uniformly for optimum drying and filling. Containing no solvents, it can be removed with water while maintaining optimal transparency. Available in gallons, 5-gallon pails, and 50-gallon drums.
