When it comes to screen frames, no one offers the variety and value as Screenworks Supply while still maintaining the best pricing in town.  Our wood frames are made from premium grade hardwood and each corner is mortise and tenon cut and assembled. After assemble each corner is cut and sanded, leaving each corner free of sharp edges.   In our final process our screens are coated with a polyurethane coating for added warp-free extended life. Our standard textile screen sizes are 18” X 20”, 18” X 22”, 20” X 24. Also available but not suggested are our 23” X 31” frames designed for automatic presses. This size frame is also available in wood however we recommend using only aluminum or re-tensional frames, such as roller frames instead. As the frame profile increases it becomes more difficult to maintain higher mesh tension without the frame bowing. Our aluminum and re-tensional frames hold up best for larger size frames and they do not warp. In addition to standard wood sizes we also make custom sizes and we offer a re-stretching service for all sizes of frames.

Our aluminum frames  are manufactured with welded corners for the best screen-printing stability. Each frames corners are completely sealed to prevent any possible leaks during the cleaning process.  We also sand one side of our frames to insure the best possible results during the fabric adhesion process.  Our aluminum frames hold up to water and solvents without any concern of warping or distortion. With aluminum frames you can expect long, trouble free screen life. Our screen frame diameters run from 1/2" X 1" to as large as 2" X 6", depending on the nature of the printed item or its size. Larger screen profiles require a larger frame extrusion to allow greater fabric tension levels and limit any screen bowing.

For self-tensioning screen frames we offer Newman roller frames, with square bar and 3 rollers or all roller models in varied roller diameters.  We also offer the Hix Reten ® square retensionable frames with all square sidebars.
