Hix Corporation produces several models of heat transfer presses ranging from small format 9" X 12" models to clam-shell models ranging from 15" X 15" to 16" X 20".  Hix also produces swing-a-way models that range from 15" X 15" to 20" X 25", along with some models that offer double platens. Hix heat presses have been known worldwide for precise, even heating, and long lasting heat castings.  A copper sheathed heating rod is cast in an aluminum alloy for maximum heat transfer on all of its 15" X 15" and 16" X 20" models.  These heating rods are comparable to those found in industrial ovens that heat up quickly, work efficiently, and last many years.  Hat presses, Mug Glazers, and Speciality presses are also available from Hix. In addition to heat transfer presses Hix also manufactures screen printing printers and dryers. 

Geo. Knight has been producing heat transfer presses for over four decades.  At the heart of Knight presses is a state-of-the-art digital microprocessor control and proprietary heat control circuit field tested beyond 10 million heating cycles.  This allows for an unprecendented 3-year warranty on the control.  The Digital Knight controller features an oversized LCD display for easy reading of time, temperature, and pressure / height gauge readings.  The controller has a surprising array of extremely useful features, such as user programmable presets, automatic timing, finished cycle recording, selectable alarms, and much more. Heaters on all platens of the Digital Knight line use an exclusive coil winding technology for dramatically superior evenness and speed of heating.  Of course, all Geo. Knight and Company heat platens are lifetime warranted and guaranteed against cold spots. Geo. Knight clamshell presses range in size from 9" X 12" to 16" X 20".  It's Swing-Away models range from  14" X 6" to 20" X 25".  In addition, Digital Cap presses and Digital Label presses are available with single and double platens.  Geo. Knight also manufactures Single Loading Tables 30" X 40" and 40" X 64". A Twin Station Teflon Shuttle is also available as an option.
